Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was convicted April 12, 1990 in Catoosa County Georgia (Ringgold) of one count of aggravated child molestation and two counts of aggravated sodomy. I was/am innocent. I have served 191/2 years and am currently on parole with 20 years following on probation. I want to get that case overturned. At the very least, I want the probation period rescinded. What can I do since I am unemployed and likely to remain that way?

That is certainly not a question that can be answered on an internet forum.
