Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was convicted with "simple battery FVA" as a misdemeanor back in 08. Does this affect my ability to legally own firearms. If so, is there any way to fight/change this?

you cannot own or possess firearms. I am not aware of any exceptions.
