Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
After a conviction is there anything you can do to have it removed form our crim
when i was 17 i was arrested for theft by shoplifting, the total amount taken was $28.10. i was charged as an adult and i am now finding it very difficult to get a job anywhere except in the food industry. someone mentioned having it expunged from my record....i'm not sure if this is an option...please help???

How long ago was the plea? Did you enter a plea under the First offender act? if not why not? Have you been in any trouble since then?
