Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
if i have a corporate amex card and i let someone else have a card under my name and they charge things i did not authorize and bill has been pd do i have any legal resource since i am main cardholder

If you gave someone a card, you're responsible to AMEX for what the person charges.
