im going to court monday for sale of cocain i just did 5 months in jail and bonded out what am i expecting and if i deny the plea they give me what happens next this is my first offence

Without a lawyer you can expect to probably be back in jail. With a lawyer you likely will do better than without one.

Sale of cocaine is 5 to 30 in prison. Court is like life, what you put into it is what you get out of it. IF you decide to represent yourself (DIY), one thing will happen. I don't know what will happen, but it will be very bad. If a poor lawyer stands next to you, another thing will occur. It may also be bad, just not as bad as DIY. If a good lawyer stands next to you, a totally different thing will occur. Are you ready to retain an attorney? Of course not, because you are in court on Monday. Good luck
