Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
if the court signs your name to an indictment an back dates it without your permission is this legal???

Your post makes no sense. Courts don't sign names. Courts are rooms. and they can't write.
Indictments are issued by Grand juries after a presentation by the District Attorney.
Try posting again and asking what you actually are trying to ask.
