Court Transcripts
Are court transcripts,for a Bond hearing, public record, and if so, how could I obtain a copy of a specific one?

Go to the Court and ask tell them you want a copy of the transcipt. You'll need the date, time it was done etc. They usually have a court reporter charge per page for typing these up. If the hearing did not relate to you in some direct way you may have difficulty getting the transcript.
