Tried twice for the same crime
If a judge dismisses a case can you be brought back to court on the same charge?

It depends on the circumstance of the dismissal. If you actually had a "trial" and the judge found you not guilty, you cannot be charged with those crimes again. You will need to provide more information for me to give you the proper advice.
