Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Is it a crime to rouse a relationship with a woman with the intent of marriage, tell her family, move her and her disabled son to another state, deplete all her savings and monies, and all the while be married to someone else in another state? I am the hurt woman with the son and want to know if there is anything the legal system can do for me? This man has turned my life upside down with lies and deceit. We met in NC and moved to GA the 1st of Nov.
