Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Once the DA found that he made mistakes to a charge on a defendant after court proceedings has started is he allowed to go back and make changes?

You need to provide more facts. What was the mistake? How far into the court proceedings? What type of changes does the DA want to make? Has the judge made a ruling on whether he can do it?
