Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My dad passed at the first of the year. We work together in a business he owned after he died the company wouldn't work with me. I messed up and got a credit card in his name well it came in had no problem activating it. It gave me a pin number so I could get cash at ATM. When I went to atm wouldn't give me anything. I called it when I got home and it said fraudulent activity. I had already got $40 of gas. I cut card up and got rid of it. Should I turn myself in before o hear from them. I know I was stupid for doing this. I was going to use it for Xmas for my three kids.

Uhhhhh....why are you using business credit cards to purchase Christmas gifts? Isn't that fraudulent activity?
