Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My daughter was arrested but has a warrant in Pennslyvania she is going to be extradited there. Should I get an attorney for her now or in Pennsylvania? How can i find out what is going on now, If I dont hire an attorney?

You can't find out much of anything unless you're a licensed attorney. Ideally she needs a lawyer in both states, but if cost is a factor, start by talking to one in Pennsylvania since the charges are from there.
