Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my daughter is out of jail on a property bond....the bond signer wants to be released from the bond for no reason....does she have to turn herself into the jail or does he have to wait until the next scheduled court appearance

No one here knows the terms of the bond (the court order or the contracts). Since people charged with crimes and incarcerated need lawyers, that is who should be answering the question.
