My daughter in law got a restraining order on my son, then she went to see him. Can she be charged?

Hard to say without reading the order itself. If the order is mutual then probably so.

Since you omitted the one fact that would allow us to answer (what the order says), there is no way to answer. If it's mutual, probably yes. If it's against him, probably no. Your son should discuss it with his lawyer.
