Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

my daughter was raped and filed a report. She then withdrew the claim after being threatened and harassed by the person who raped her, now she is being charged with false report of crime in GA. She is now in Texas trying to get her life together and make a new start, also she is pregnant now and I believe it was by her attacker. She was forced and threatened by a knife, this person was an acquaintance of a friend of hers. She is only 19. She has a arrainment on October 4, 2010. What should she do. I truly feel this is not fair to her.

You MUST hire a good criminal lawyer IMMEDIATELY and your daughter should talk to NO ONE until she has a local criminal lawyer to defend her NO ONE!!!
