Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
On December 19, 2013 myself & two others were charged with possession of marijuana & possession of a firearm during a crime. Myself & one of the others were charged with both charges & the other guy was charged with only one charge & was has already plead guilty . We have only been to the first arraignment . The drugs & gun were the guy who has plead not guilty already & is willing to say that drugs were his .
