Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
To what degree am I legally bound to a misdemeanor arrest if the officer lost my id (drivers liscense), did not get my ssn, fingerprints, or a picture? The offense happened in a different state than the one I reside in currently. In other words do I have to attend court?

As I read your question, you are asking lawyers for permission to ignore a court date. You will not get that permission. When you make the mistake of failing to appear, you will have committed a second crime, possibly with a worse punishment than the original case. There will be awarrant for your arrest and at some point you will end up in jail.
