deposit acct fraud
if i was mislead, i wrote a check for 1000, and one for 500 to my car dealership, and i got arrested in march i did go ahead and recently just pay the dealership, can the charges be dropped

It is likely that the charges will be dropped if the victim is made whole-i.e., paid back. However, the prosecution technically still has the right to move forward with the charges.
