Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I am in desperate need of help. Im a single mother of four kids two 14 year olds, a 12 year old and a 2 year old. We live in Apartmnents in Commerce Ga. we are being harrassed daily and the office manager knows of the problem I have given him a written complaint, and the cops are also aware of it. The office manager is telling me that I will have to give a 30 day notice and pay all these fee's to move out, Is there not any law that can help me move out now even if I have to still pay? I need help now with knowing what I can do legally.

What you can do is found in your lease, which may or may not be as the manager says. Otherwise, you did not tell us anything at all about who is "harassing" you or what they are doing. You also posted under criminal law, but what does your question have to do with criminal law?
