Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have a destroyed dismissed shoplifting case of 15 years ago,will it show up in my FBI record???

There is no such thing as a "destroyed dismissed" case, so please repost and tell us what actually happened. There is also no such thing as an "FBI record." There are criminal histories at GCIC (state) and NCIS (Federal). And different classes of people searching see things others cannot (in other words the search the government does for a security clearance is very different than the one a private employer could see). So re-explain your question as to (1) what happened in your case, and (2) who would be looking at your history. Only then can someone answer you.
