Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
When a detective is caught not turning in evidence money and is fired from the force because of it, does this suppose to be reported or can the force keep it quiet like they have done? It for sure was not reported as I have asked for the records, but he was for sure fired. I think it was not reported as he was detective (lead) on tons of cases and a lot of cases would have to be brought back to court because of what he did right?

Do you have proof??
You can file an Open Records Act request but may need a good criminal attorney to assist you
You did not say if that detective had anything to do with your case
