Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Who determines whether someone (specific inmate) being released from prison has to register as a sex offender. I know there are codes that cover this; but what person or persons is assigned to interpret the law and making that determination?

There is no one person in the prison system. If the inmate agrees to parole, and agrees to register then the inmate will be held to his agreement
