What is your question? There is no empty criminal attempt charge. The prosecutor must allege the crime that you intended to commit. So, there is criminal attempt to commit burglary, and/or criminal attempt to commit forgery, and/or criminal attempt to commit rape. Let me suggest that you adopt the view that not everyone is an idiot. If the police arrest you, it is because they have evidence. If the prosecutor charges you, it is because they think they can prove the charge. They were doing it before you came along, and will be doing it long after your case is closed.
If you value your freedom, you will retain an attorney.
Good luck.
