Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
drugs
man 1 waliks to his car and gives the police permission to search his car. the police finds drugs and charge man 1 but man 2 wants to claim his drugs.can man 2 be charged with the drugs or does the double jeopady law prevent that?

There is no double jep there. That only applies when the same person is charged with the crime twice ... can't be punished twice for same crime. In that fact scheme, the equal access rule would come into play. Both parties could be charged with the crime.
