After effects of Charges
I got arrested for Minor in possesion and Possesion of Marijuana in Georgia. I was wondering what the after effects are going to be. Specifically what the Fine money, community service, probation extent, record, is going to be? I have a clean record. I appreciate any accurate information you can give me.

Both charges carry up to 12 months in jail and a $1000 fine. They can be run concurrent or consectutive. Every jurisdiction varies on the actual penalties and outcome. Both charges can cause you to loose your privledge to drive. There are definately things that an attorney can to that will be of great value to you. You NEED to contact an attorney.
