Employee Theft of Money from her cash register.
Clerk on cash register looses $340 and says she did't take it. Security camera shows that no one came near her register when she left her desk to go to the restroom or other places. She said she missed the money around 8 PM. Is she guilty of loosing the money?

Re: Employee Theft of Money from her cash register.
It certainly appears to be incriminating that no one else was near her register; however, unless the security camera shows her on tape taking the money, there is only circumstantial evidence of her guilt, and that can be challenged in court.
