Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

enter auto, possession of stolen tools, commission of felony

my finace has been locked up since June 19. He's been denied for bond. He's doesn't live in state of georgia. he has no warrants or holds on him. the officer and public offender will tell him anything about his case. so want to know what is the best thing for him to do. do he get a bond or do the time for 90 days.

I am sorry you are having a hard time with your public defender. They usually have so many cases that, even if they try, they often can't keep up and give you the individual attention that you deserve. What is his criminal history? what does the prosecution claim that he did? Has he been indicted yet?
