Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
erasure
My husband was accused of a crime and the case was dismissed but when we reviewed his record they had in down as convicted. We contacted the right people and they changed it to dismissed but we do not know how long it was that way and we are sure that he lost some good jobs because of it. We would like to know how we can get this erased from his record.
