Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
What evidence could the petitioner have to bring forth or leave out of a Theft By Conversion case to determine if probable cause exists to issue a warrant? And what evidence or said property would the aledged criminal have to bring or use to show probable cause doesn't exist?
