Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Expungement of multiple felons
I am trying to expunge my criminal record, consisting of three felons between 1969 and 1983. I finished last parole in 1987. No record since. I was convicted of larceny in Pa. in 1969,sales of narcotics in 1973,and possesion with intent to sell marijuana in 1983. I would like to become a paralegal, which I understand I cannot do in Georgia with a record.

Re: Expungement of multiple felons
Expungement is not an easy process or one that is certain. You need to contact an attorney in each state that you have a conviction as each state will differ in requirements.
