Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

About 9 years ago I was invited to a party at a hotel, since I had alittle too much to drink I stayed there with some of the people who threw the party, the police came and arrested and charged everyone in the room with theft of services because the host charged the room on someones elses chrge card. When I went to court, I was told by the State solicitor to plea a no lieu and pay the find and have my charges expunged afterward. I idi exactly that but then when I tried to have the Charges expunged the State solicitor says that you cant expunge and no leiu or guilty plea. Is there anything I can do tohave this fixed , Im a CNa and plan on going back to school to be an RN, but this is on my record and can keep me from being hired.

You checked off that this applies to GA law, but you asked a SC attorney the question. You should go back and do this for a GA attorney
