Expungment/Seal Felony Record
I have a felony conviction that occured in Georgia [1992]. This record needs to be expunged or sealed. Can a California atty. handle this since I now live in CA?

A California attorney will need the help of a GA attorney unless the CA attorney is licensed in GA as well. If you go thru a CA attorney you will end up paying two lawyers ... the CA and the GA he will have to associate (hire).
