extradition over a misdemeanor
My brother was arrested in FL on a warrant from GA which was a misdemeanor charge. He was extradited from FL to GA. Is this legal?

As long as it was done according to state law, there is no reason why one cannot be extradited from one sister state to another even on a misdemeanor.
Get him a good lawyer in Georgia. He may be facing bail jump charges there too.
