Possibly many years in prison. Before you turn yourself in, stop by your lawyers office. You cannot afford not to represented with such serious charges. Make sure you retain a lawyer experienced in criminal defense.
Story sounds strange. Why would school staff report the transfer of the gun from the arm rest to the glove box, and accuse you of pointing the gun at her if you were acting like a mature person having a pleasant conversation. Oh...wait a minute..you were arguing and threatening, and then moved the gun from the armrest to the glovebox in an effort to intimidate her. If that is the case, your attitude, demeanor and behavior before you ever touched any weapon will dictate your punishment. Because I don't know the accusation and I don't know your criminal history, I cannot guess what the prosecutor will recommend, or what the judge will do.
