Failure to apper in court an a cocaine charge
my boyfriend was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to apper in court on a cocaine charge. he has a attorney and he goes for a arraignment tomorrow. what are his chances of getting out? This is his second time missing a court date and ha has a good reason for missing the second one. its not like he is trying to hide. he works and takes care of his child everyday.
