False report of rape made at school
My stepdaughter has made a false report of molestation and rape against another family member who is 15 years old. The statement is most definitely false and she's using this to try to get her way. I do not know what a school finds to be mandatory actions to take. I want to take the right steps to ensure this boy is protected against these false statements and have them completely proven untrue with any means necessary. As far as I know, there are no police reports yet. However, if there is any legal action to take against her for making these false statements to a school, we need to do that as well.
