Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
A family member plead guilty to having sex with a minor (he was 18yrs/she was 15yrs old) and spent 3 years in prison for this crime. He must also register as a sex offender. Are there anyways to be removed from this registry or must he continue with this for life?
