Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My father is incarcerated in the state of Georgia. My little brother who is terminally ill lives in Indiana. He has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and there is nothing else they can do for him. My brothers last wish is to his father, but is too ill to travel. I am willing to pay any amount of money. Please tell me what to do next.?

Your father will have to petition for a reprieve to visit your brother. Please feel free to give me a call with any questions you may have about the process.
