the father of my kids is being accused of child molestation and sexual battery againt my daughter but is not true i dont know what to do they gave him an arraingment date please help me

Regardless of whether you think he is or is not guilty, if you want to avoid the state taking away your chuildrenm, it is vital that you have NO contact with the father and do not assist with his defense.
Stay far away from him pending resolution of the case. That is the only way to not risk permanenty losing your child.
