Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My father in law who is 65 years old has been arrested and charged with 3 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He had a computer and he did like to go online and look through various porn sites and I am quite sure he had no idea what he was looking at or had downloaded was anything like this. He is at present being held without a bond and we have been told it may be some time after the first of next year before he will even get a bond. Can you tell me is there any way to speed up the bonding process at all? Is this normal? And any advice on defense in this mess would be appreciated.
