Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
On February 28, 2010, my brother and I were arrested for disorderly conduct in Columbia County. We plead nolo contendere, had to pay a fine, were put on probation, and did community service. Before this charge, we did not have any other charges on our records.
The question is, is this charge eligible for expungement in Georgia?

Yes. As long as you complied with the terms of the nolo (for instance, if you had to obtain drug and alcohol classes, perform community services, etc.), you can request that charge be expunged.
Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********
