Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
felony charges, class c felony
i work in a jiffy store.they have done an audit short 6400 dollars.i confessed to staling Some of it.audit investigator says he has video tape of other employees stealing from the store as well.however i am being charged for the full 6400 dollars and they have ended the investigation.if i were to decide to fight this, would i have a chance at winning?

If you confessed, it will be very difficult to beat the charges.
