Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have a felony conviction for forgery. I live in Georgia, is there a way to get the chages seals or expunged. I and willing to pay the price for my crime, but I do need to support myself and my family and I can't get into any profession with this on my record.

Your felony conviction will be with you for life, unless you get a pardon. Few folks will get a pardon. I have never heard of anyone pleading guilty, then getting a pardon. So, if you pled guilty, I don't think you will have the felony removed from your record.
