Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I had a felony dui in georgia in 1988 which I skipped bail and have not been convicted of yet. Now I have three felony drug convictions in california, 2 in 2001 and, one in 2005. When I am convicted in georgia will I be subject to mandatory sentencing laws that where inacted in 1996 or will they use sentencing laws from 1988 when I commited the felony dui?
