Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
felony extradition
If an inmate was arrested in Georgia but, has a warrant in Florida for writing bad checks totaling $2800. Is it likely, that Florida will travel to Georgia to retrieve him on a first time offense?
I was told Florida would have 10 days to retrieve him, is this true?
