The felony will not be expunged. The felony is not even completed. If the judge determines that you violated your first offender probation was violated with the DUI, then you may be adjudicated and then resentenced to prison. You need to retain an attorney as soon as possible. See website for info on retaining the right attorney: http://www.lawrencelewispc.com/pages.php?go=pinfo&PID=38
Good luck

Almost certainly not, and even worse, the judge may revoke your first offender probation and send you to prison. You should already have a lawyer. You're in likely very serious trouble.
