Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
How can I get a felony record expunged? I was not fully informed when I utilized the First Offender Act. My lawyer did not tell me if two cases in different counties, then one would fall under the act, but the other stayed on your record. These cases were ran concurrent. Thanks!
