Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
How do I get a felony from 8 years ago expunged? It was a Theft By Receiving a Motor Vehicle. I was on a first offender program but got a DUI in '04. So first offender status was revoked. How do I get this expunged from my record and how long will it take?

Step one is to hire a criminal attorney. The DUI and revocation of first offender status makes it far less likely that you will succeed.
