Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My fiance was charged wit intent to sell drugs and was given a reduced bond to get out of jail. How does a reduced bond work and what are the conditions of a reduced bond??

How would we know the conditions of the bond? We were not there. Your finance should discuss this with her lawyer, as people with drug charges obviously need one. You, however, would be wise to think about whether you want to live with someone who (according to prosecutors) sells drugs. If drugs end up in your car or house, you may find yourself in a similar situation. Line up a lawyer.

A reduced bond works the same way as a regualr bond, except the amount required to make the bond is less (therefore reduced) than it was before. Good luck.
