Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My fianc�e has been in jail for more than 45 days, he was charged for meth possession, but at this moment his case number has not been assigned yet and even if he applied for Drug Court 30 days ago we don't know the status of the application. There is any way that I can find out the status of his application and his case number
